In the course of the working visit to Stockholm, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Vadym Prystaiko held a meeting with his colleagues - Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia David Zalkaliani and Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Moldova Nicolae Popescu.
Vadym Prystaiko presented Ukrainian views upon further development of the EU Eastern Partnership initiative. Minister underscored that Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia are ready for a deeper sectoral integration with the EU in the energy, trade, transporation, digital economy spheres, and tax and security cooperation.
Ministers also discussed the establishment of additional cooperation format of their respective countries within the Eastern Partnership initiative.
The implementation of the differentiation principle within Eastern Partnership initiative will reflect current developments in mutli-speed integration of the Eastern Partnership countries and will contribute to their better efficiency and success.
