June 2, 2010 Ambassador of Ukraine in Sweden Yevgen Perebyinis met Björn von Sydow, MP of the Swedish Riksdag, Chairman of PACE Political Committee.

During the meeting Ukrainian-Swedish bilateral relations, in particular interaction between the two countries’ parliaments, have been discussed. The parties shared opinions on ways of promoting cooperation between Ukraine and Sweden in the frames of PACE.

The Ambassador has expressed gratitude to Björn von Sydow for constructive interaction and support for Ukraine’s position by the PACE Swedish delegation. For his part Björn von Sydow emphasized that Sweden remains devoted to Ukraine’s EU integration perspective.
