The foreigners and stateless persons may enter the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol city of Ukraine in accordance with the law and international treaties of Ukraine.

The foreigners from the countries whose citizens require visa to enter Ukraine should apply for visa at the diplomatic missions or consular offices of Ukraine abroad.

The foreigners from the countries whose citizens do not require visa to enter Ukraine may stay in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol city of Ukraine only if crossing the border at border crossing points with getting a stamp into the passports or immigration cards.

Violation the rules by the foreigners and stateless persons while entering and staying on the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol city is subject to responsibility according to the Law of Ukraine and may cause to imposition of international sanctions on them as those  who support temporary occupation of a part of the Ukrainian territory.
