1-3 August delegation of representatives from Vinnytsia region council, NGOs and main mass media editors visited Sweden to study Swedish experience of local authorities and the cooperation between local government, civil society and mass media in the framework of the project  «Experience of Scandinavian democracy applied to Ukraine». The study visit was organized by the Embassy of Ukraine in Sweden, International organization  «Ukraine – Poland – Germany».

The participants met Press ombudsman of Sweden Ola Sigvardsson, Director of the Department for events and projects of Swedish institute Asa Lundmark, representatives of Uppsala Länsstyrelsen and Ukrainian diaspora.

Ambassador of Ukraine in Sweden Mr Yevgen Perebyinis presented bilateral cooperation between Ukraine and Sweden and the perspective of its development.
