According to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine №657 dated June 23, 2021, the Government of Ukraine has specified the requirements regarding the entering the territory of Ukraine by foreign nationals, as well as foreigners or stateless persons who temporarily or permanently reside in Ukraine.
Mentioned categories of individuals, who have spent 7 days or more in the Republic of India, the Portuguese Republic, Russian Federation, or the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland during the last 14 days, should undergo a rapid antigen test at the border and may be subject to quarantine.
The above-mentioned requirement does not apply to:
- children, who are under 12 years old;
- employees of foreign diplomatic missions, consular posts and international organizations, accredited in Ukraine;
- truck drivers / or crew members of freight vehicles, drivers of buses and coaches, crew membersof aircraft, ships and river vessels, members of train and locomotive crews;
- military personnel (units) of the armed forces of the NATO member states involved in the training of units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
