| Schedule: | Consular assistance to the citizens of Ukraine: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 09:00 - 11:00 Tuesday, Thursday: 14:00 - 15:00 Consular assistance to the citizens of Ukraine is held on days/time other than working hours, weekends and holidays in emergency cases: loss of passport, accidents, death, arrest etc. Assistance to foreign citizens and stateless persons: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 09:00 - 11:00 Phone consultations: Monday,Wednesday, Friday 14:00 - 15:30 Tuesday, Thursday 11:00 - 12:30 Persons of certain categories (with children under 14 years, pregnant, sick, disabled) are served out of turn. In cases of technogenic disasters, natural disasters, terrorist attacks, riots, injury/death of citizens of Ukraine and other cases that threaten the life or health of our fellow citizens, consular assistance is also held on days/time other than working hours. |
